## Product and availability

Evidenz is in development. Join the waitlist for early access; public self-service access and pricing are not available yet.

The customer timeline is the foundation: it connects billing, subscriptions, support and product data into a complete customer history. Dispute investigations, refund abuse prevention, and customer relationship context are workflows built on that history. The intended chargeback workflow prepares relevant evidence and supports response automation and outcome tracking.

## Integration direction

The current integration focus is Stripe, Clerk, WorkOS, Fingerprint, and Intercom. PostHog, Zendesk, and Polar are planned. Integration focus describes product development, not general availability.

## Who it is for

Subscription businesses whose customer history is scattered across billing, subscription management, support and product systems. Evidenz helps teams investigate disputes, review refund requests, and understand customer relationships in context.
