# Evidenz > Customer timelines and dispute evidence for subscription businesses. Customer timelines and dispute evidence for subscription businesses. Connect billing, subscriptions, support and product data to understand every customer and prepare dispute responses. Evidenz is for subscription businesses whose customer history is scattered across billing, subscription management, support and product systems. Evidenz is in development. Join the waitlist for early access; public self-service access and pricing are not available yet. The customer timeline is the foundation for dispute investigations, refund abuse prevention, and understanding customer relationships. The intended chargeback workflow prepares relevant evidence and supports response automation and outcome tracking. A customer is more than a transaction. A payment tells you that money moved, but rarely enough about the person, the purchase, or what happened next. Subscription teams often have to reconstruct a customer’s history from scratch: the payment is in one system, the account in another, and the conversation somewhere else. Evidenz is being built to bring relevant records from the tools a business already uses into one customer timeline. Events are connected to the customer and subscription, then placed in sequence with the original records still available. Payments, refunds, trials, plan changes, renewals, cancellations, sign-ins, product activity, and support conversations provide different parts of the same story. Chargebacks are one workflow built on that foundation. A disputed renewal needs context: did it happen before or after a cancellation request, what was the customer told, and was a refund already issued? The same history can help teams review refund requests, prevent refund abuse, resolve support issues, investigate suspicious activity, and understand customer relationships. Patterns such as repeated cancellations after the same complaint can also reveal something the business needs to fix. The purpose of a complete history is to support a fair decision. It should surface billing mistakes, lost access, unresolved complaints, and contradictory records as well as evidence supporting a charge. A sign-in or usage event alone is not a complete explanation. Reliable context, clear sources, and visible uncertainties matter for both human reviewers and AI assistants. A clearer account of what happened does not guarantee a dispute outcome. The current integration focus is Stripe, Clerk, WorkOS, Fingerprint, and Intercom. PostHog, Zendesk, and Polar are planned. These describe product development, not general availability. Canonical website: https://evidenz.dev Evidenz is a service name of Jannis Arndt - Programmierung und Handel.
